I had an experience at BHIP when I was admitted to the hospital isolated with a virus. To my dismay, I had locked my car in the ER parking lot with my cat in it. Out of the blue at two in the morning, I explained my situation to a nurse about my cat. At her own expense and time, she found my car to feed my cat and open the windows, saving my cat. There are no words to express and thank her for what she did.

Dumile went above and beyond in making sure that I was comfortable when I was and even when I wasn't her patient. She always walks with a large bright smile on her face and I feel as though I'm in great care when she is my nurse.
