Dusty came into work on his day off to play guitar for a patient. Dusty was also not aware that we had just changed the code status to comfort measures. This meant a lot to the patient and family.

Dusty is always going above and beyond for his team members and patients. He sets the bar extremely high. He is one of the best nurses I know.
