Dustin cared for me during an emotionally abusive situation with my husband and "did not give up on me." Dustin told me that he was going to keep me safe and was going to help me get a safe place for the night. He came back and told me that he made some calls and went above and beyond to get me into a shelter. It was because of his not giving up on me that I was given a safe place to go. I will never forget that.
