I am excited to nominate Dustin for the DAISY Award in recognition of his exceptional care and support during my hospital stay. From the moment he entered my room, his warm and friendly demeanor made a remarkable difference in my experience. Dustin’s ability to blend professionalism with humor created a relaxed atmosphere that made me feel like he was a friend. He took the time to check in, answer my questions, share a laugh, and ease my anxiety. His kindness, paired with his genuine concern for me, was evident in every interaction.

One moment that stood out was when I was feeling very nervous about a test. Dustin offered a reassuring hand and encouraging words, which helped me feel more at ease. I cannot say enough good things about him. I truly appreciate Dustin’s personal drive to help those around him.
