My son was a patient at GMHHC and Dwight was one of his caregivers, and he was CARING! FedEx delivered a phone to my son after he was discharged. As I explained to Dwight, I live in a different state so I had no idea how to get the phone to my son - he had lost his and needed a phone in order to open the security gate for a delivery. Therefore if I paid an Uber driver to deliver the phone to his apartment the driver would not be able to get through the gate. My years of experience in life told me the phone would probably get shipped back to the carrier. Dwight was an angel and said that he would deliver it to my son after he got off work. Then he also texted me to let me know that he delivered it to my son, and he asked my son to call me after he activated the new phone. I am not sure if it took Dwight 10 minutes or an hour to accomplish this task, but I hope that you will agree that he went the extra mile!
