Dwight Flanagan has worked for Baptist Health since 1999. He came to us as a new graduate in the ICU and has since been promoted to charge nurse.
He exemplifies all the values that Baptist Health stands for. Dwight is a compassionate caring nurse and a true friend to his co workers. He takes care of his patients and his co workers as if they were his family. He truly deserves the Daisy Award. One family member summed it up by writing, " I will never forget Dwight's care as my sister was dying. He brought such comfort and assurance. This man has such compassion, I trusted him with everything I had- my sister. He made her dying process easier for us as her family.
