A patient in northern Wisconsin needed a neurology follow-up for an aneurysm. Due to scheduling and insurance challenges, she was unable to book an appointment in Eau Claire, which was both closer to home and in her insurance network.
Dwyn made multiple phone calls to the patient and to schedulers across several regions, including Faribault, Rochester, and Eau Claire, to help resolve the issue. Through persistence and patient-centered care, Dwyn ensured the patient could access the care she needed closer to home.
