If in the past you discussed a family issue, Dyan was caring to inquire if these circumstances were improving on my next appointment. She is always so pleasant and conversant to my husband who accompanies me in each visit.
As a patient of Dr. T, for approximately 20 years I have had the opportunity to be cared for by more than one of his office nurses. While all were good, there is Dyan; she is the best of the nurses I have ever had. Dyan always greets us in a smiling, cheerful manner. She is kind and understanding when we visit. My husband is impatient and doesn't wait well (he is a TBI) survivor. She takes us in as quickly as she can and never gets upset if he is impatient.
She is the epitome of what an office nurse should be. When presenting a problem before even seeing Dr. T, she evaluates the issues that need to be discussed with the Doctor in not only a caring manner but thorough detail. She is always pleasant and personable while remaining clinical. She remains always confidential. She always asks how we are doing. How is our guardian, etc? Makes it easy to answer the Medicare (embarrassing) questions.

When I told her I had difficulty getting through to the office she gave me her private phone number so I could text her with concerns. After an upsetting procedure, she responded quickly to my text to prepare the Doctor for our visits. We now use mychart so won't have to bother her as much. She calls back with responses in a timely manner.
She remains the most caring office nurse I have ever had. If and when it is necessary to call the office with a medical problem, you can always be assured that it will be handled either by her or Dr. T in a timely manner. Dyan is the Best!
She always demonstrates compassion. Never seems in a bad mood or never lets us know. She is always respectful and answers questions and concerns as she is able.
