Dyanne's commitment to her patients is truly remarkable. The families of her patients have expressed numerous times about how compassionate she is. While going through the process of the DAISY Award nominations, they recently shared a heartfelt testimonial about how she consistently goes the extra mile in providing compassionate care. Dyanne’s genuine concern for her patients' well-being shines through in everything she does. From the mother of one of her patients, I quote, "My son has EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa) and suffers from frequent wounds. She’s very caring to him and very considerate of his humanitarian situation; she takes good care of the cleanliness of his wounds, and she cares about entertaining him and taking him in trolley rounds to amuse him. She never complains about his many requests, she treats him like a mother treats her son. I felt her sincerity in her work and humanitarian in treating him and encouraging him to live his life as a normal person."
