Dylan has been taking exceptional care of my patients on the 6th floor. Recently, he has stayed after his shift to provide medications. He is kind and caring, listens, and is very humble about it all. My patients are happier and more satisfied when Dylan is their night nurse. He leads by example and I hope he cares for many more of my patients in the future.
