Dylan demonstrates compassion and integrity.
Not only does Dylan provide extraordinary care, continuously complimented by patients, but he also has superior knowledge in the field that allows him to manage complex scenarios and simplify them for physicians. He demonstrates compassion and integrity. If Dylan is asked to complete a task, he does it in a timely fashion. He also anticipates what he may be asked to do and completes it ahead of time. There was a patient we treated with osteomyelitis and he developed a fever. Dylan walked them through the process of submitting a stool sample, how to manage IV antibiotics and when to go to the hospital. The first thing the patient and his wife said to me when I saw him in the hospital was what a great team I have in infectious disease, specifically Dylan Frith.
