Dylan is always available to support others when needed. Rather, it be to function as a charge nurse, circulate, or scrub in for a surgical case. Advocate for staffing, cover for other managers, or answer phone calls and text messages regardless of the time of day. Most importantly, he is a strong advocate for checking in on every team member involved in tragic cases. He reaches out directly to staff involved and conducts debriefings to ensure that everyone involved has the opportunity to discuss the event without fear or being judged or punished.
