My husband was admitted to the ICU after multiple cardiac arrests. Dylan handled his care upon admission and the following night. He was working diligently to resuscitate him when I arrived. He explained everything to me very thoroughly. He picked up on unspoken cues from the family and immediately put us at ease.

The following night, we were told my husband would not recover. We made the painful decision to remove life-saving measures. Our nurse handled this process with the utmost compassion and care. He explained the process beforehand, checked on us throughout, and gave us privacy at the same time.

Afterward, his kindness and compassion were overwhelming. He gave me guidance when I needed it, and I know he took great care of my husband after we left.
