BSW is full of outstanding nurses. I have had 3 surgeries here in the last 3 months, and my wife is here now. Dylana is one of the very best nurses in all my experience. She is down-to-earth and relates to us naturally. She has always expressed optimism, which is contagious, and has looked for opportunities to do little extra things. One example is mixing thickening in water. She had a welcome sense of humor, joking about her driving skills when moving the bed. She has unexpected self-humility, apologized once when she couldn’t answer the call button right away, as she was on a phone call to another patient’s family. She is just so compassionate. We are going home for hospice care. If I could take one nurse home with us, it would be Dylana based on lots of experiences. BSW is fortunate, and we are blessed to have her. God Bless her.

P.S. She is extremely knowledgeable as well and always kept us informed about meds.
