A patient recently nominated the East 5/East 5 OBS team for the exemplary care provided during his stay. He relayed how nervous he was about having to be admitted to the hospital and how the team calmed him and put him at ease. He recited how efficient and effective they were with delivering care, and he felt he was in competent, caring hands throughout his stay. He stated they went above and beyond and really made him feel good.
