Ebra was very attentive not only with the care regarding my new pacemaker but she also showed great concern for another medical issue that is chronic. I had a blocked colon; horrible constipation. She was very professional, sensitive, and caring as I explained my serious problem. She made me feel at ease and comfortable in allowing her to help me out. She expressed that she helps patients with this problem a lot.

Ebra assisted me and she unblocked my colon which enabled me to have a natural movement. If she had not helped me, I could have suffered for weeks at home, trying to use the bathroom. This is always a sensitive issue that people rarely talk about and I am so, so glad I told Ebra and she offered to help me. I am so grateful! Ebra was truly a lifesaver.
