I have watched Echo cry and grieve the loss of her patients as well as witness patients tell her she made a difference in their stay.
I am a nursing 4 student at NIACC. The reason I will be soon graduating with my nursing degree is because of the hard work I watched my mom put in through nursing school and then at her job as well. I have watched her cry and grieve the loss of her patients as well as witness patients tell her she made a difference in their stay. I believe my mom is a DAISY Nurse because she is a positive role model, goes above and beyond for work, and has made a difference in many peoples’ lives. I hope that one day I can be half the nurse she is today. Thank you.
