Eddie is always willing to take on multiple roles in order to help his team out, while always having their backs. He has always displayed a great sense of work ethic demonstrated by his willingness to always go above and beyond to provide excellent service for his patients. He consistently advocates for the patients and their needs. He does his work with compassion and with a smile, and never hesitates to lend a helping hand. He is the most positive team member. Despite having his own assignment, he still finds the time to check with others and help them out. He is a joy to work with and deserves this recognition because he is so humble, and he encompasses all of the MLKCH values and more.
