Eden Schumacher, RN

Eden went above and beyond. She was so welcoming to me and my family. Eden told us about herself, which allowed me to build trust in her. She answered every question my family and I had with detail and in a way we could understand. When getting the epidural, she comforted me and held me in position. When internal monitoring was placed on me and the baby, she held my hand without asking. She was so attentive to our anxieties.

During labor, she was holding my leg and gave me positive reinforcement while pushing. She even asked my partner for his phone to make sure we got pictures. After the delivery, she was very gentle and showed me how to clean myself. She told me what to expect in the maternity unit. She wheeled me down and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. We cannot thank Eden enough for her support during such a stressful and important time. I will always remember her as the amazing nurse who looked out for us! Thank you, Eden!
