Eder is a remarkable health care provider and person. His calm demeanor and smile help people feel at ease. His confidence and knowledge make people feel like they are receiving the best care (and they are). Eder joined our team a few months ago and has made an immediate impact. There have been some staffing shortages in the wound clinic making it difficult for us to get our patients into the wound center in a timely fashion. Eder has been providing the wound care for all of our surgical patients. He has multiple patients come in every day for wound care, counseling, questions, and reassurance. I have never seen anything like it. He has made all the difference for our patients. He is a bilingual care provider as well which is so important for our patient population. Multiple boxes of cookies and treats have been delivered to the office thanking Eder for his effort and time. Patients love him. It is an honor to work with him. Hard work and effort such as Eder's should not go unrecognized.
