Coming into rehab I was recovering from my third spinal surgery. I had been cut open from my neck to my bottom in the back and in the front from the top of my belly button to my bikini line. I was very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. I had multiple pain medications for different reasons. The toughest part was trying to get on the same page as far as medications were concerned. Edgar took the time out of his busy schedule to help me manage my pain in a way that I can stay ahead of the pain especially having therapy from 9 AM to 4 PM. He communicated to me all of my options which really showed that he cared and that he didn't want to see me suffer in any way. He was extremely thorough and patient. I always ask a lot of questions concerning my health and he answered every one of them without making me feel insecure. I appreciate everything he did for me because of him my PT and OT sessions were very productive and made communication with other RNs very easy. Edgar is the reason my stay was comfortable for such a huge surgery that I had. I appreciate everything that he did and going out of his way to make sure I was happy.
