My developmentally challenged brother was on the 5th floor for 5 days. Edgar treated my brother with the most gentle and excellent care from the first time he walked in the room and throughout the 3 shifts, Edgar was assigned to us. He made my brother feel more at ease and less stressed. He was always smiling, reassuring my brother and made him feel safe enough to allow me to leave the room and take a short break.
