Edmon always brings light to the unit with his smile and positivity. He is easy to talk to, open to suggestions, and accepts feedback. He always checks on us in his rounds, a simple “Hi” or “Are you ok?” Or reminding me to drink my water or not to forget to have my lunch, these simple questions and reminders make a lot of difference at work.

I feel someone is genuinely concerned for us nurses and CNAs. He offers help and listens to us with no judgment. He kept reminding me about my chg wipes, foleys, and ambulation and explained why they are important. Edmon is a kind-hearted person who will genuinely care for you even on ordinary days. He is a leader with a heart.
