He was very attentive to my needs, always anticipating what was required and checking in frequently with a kind and reassuring manner. I was especially impressed by Edmund’s dedication to maintaining a clean, orderly, and hygienic environment. He consistently kept the room neat and clean, going above and beyond to ensure everything was properly sanitized and organized, even looking out for the shared space after visits.

This commitment to cleanliness truly contributed to my comfort and peace of mind. In addition to his practical efficiency, Edmund provided truly compassionate care.
