Edmund went above and beyond in caring for our mother while she was hospitalized. He made sure she never was in pain, he explained everything to her and us so we weren't so anxious, and he did it in a way that we could understand. He also went out of his way to make sure my dad had a recliner in the room so he could stay with her. Edmund's dedication as a nurse and a patient advocate makes him a model for all nurses.
