Edna went the extra mile while caring for a patient who was given just weeks to live. After spending time listening to the patient's concerns about the end of her life, Edna started working on getting the patient in touch with her children by using Skype. Her children have not been home for a long time and live in 3 different states. Edna contacted the IT people to successfully facilitate the reconnect of this family. Edna was a true blessing to the patient and her family.
