Eduardo Ciacho, Registered Nurse

Eduardo was caring, kind, and compassionate. He made my father, who was admitted and treated for an infection that had brought on delirium, confusion, and a state of panic, feel reassured and calm. Eduardo went beyond his call of duty in every aspect of his role and displayed complete control and professionalism while carrying out his duties. He made an effort to explain what he was doing and took great care in doing this. I am so thankful to Eduardo for his professionalism, care, dedication, and kindness; he is an outstanding example of our NHS.
