He cared about me. There was a shot I didn’t want to have, and he, in a caring fashion, explained why it would benefit me. When I had a stroke-like episode, he was with me the whole time. He took me to the cat scan, waited outside, brought me back, and stayed with me till I felt better. He treated me like family. To me, he went way above and beyond his job.

The things that make this nurse extraordinary are that he is a kind soul. Every time he comes in the room he lightens the room and the mood no matter what’s going. We talk about any and everything. I appreciate it because he’s unknowingly distracting me from the pain. We joke around, and we're just having fun despite my current circumstances.  For the last couple of days, he was my nurse. I looked forward to seeing him because, as I mentioned before, he brightens the mood and is a wonderful person through and through. Anyone who gets to experience his care should be highly grateful because he’s an excellent nurse, and with him as your nurse, you barely have to push your button because he’s always on top of things, which is a plus because you can actually tell he cares about his patients.
