Edward Epure, AA, RN

Ed is consistently mentioned in call backs by our patients. He works overtime when the unit is short, he is always willing to help another nurse or care associate, and he will never pass a call light without going into the room to check on the patient, even when the patient is not assigned to him. He is calm, kind, caring and goes the extra mile to ensure that his patients are well cared for. Ed is always on time, never complains about working short-staffed, or taking an extra admission when the need arises. Ed is willing to be in charge when the unit needs him, and he keeps the floor, staff and patients calm along with his cool attitude. Ed has oriented multiple nurses to our floor as well. I know that when I come to work, and Ed is working alongside me, we will have a good day.
