I had to take my son to the Emergency Room for a fever and trouble breathing. "Big Ed", the nurse overheard me tell my son that I was sorry his birthday started out in the ER. So, as we were leaving, the entire ER staff was gathered and sang "Happy Birthday" to my son then gave him a big cookie and a chocolate candy bar. That made his day and mine. I really love how sweet and caring the ER staff, especially Ed was. You all are awesome and very much appreciated.
