I went to the Cath Lab for my fifth bone marrow biopsy. Needless to say, it was not something I was looking forward to. Ted was the first person my husband and I met, and he was accommodating, reassuring, and compassionate from the start. He was highly organized, very technically proficient (haven't had an IV that good in years!), and knowledgeable about the process and procedure that I was about to undergo. In addition, Ted was a friendly presence that seemed to truly care about me and my situation, all while exhibiting a clear passion for his job. I cannot thank him enough for making a difficult and painful time much more bearable!
