I would like to recommend Edwin for this prestigious award. He brought me this form to fill out to recommend another nurse and not himself. He overheard me and others speaking fondly of another nurse and suggested I fill out this form on her behalf. The fact that Edwin brought me this form speaks very highly of his character. He was not selfish in recognizing that someone else was being praised and not himself. I believe that Edwin should be recognized and awarded because of his character, loyalty, and dedication to the hospital and the Team he works with. “There is no I in Team”. Not only is he an excellent nurse but he is a loyal Team member.  It would please my heart if Edwin were to read my comments. He needs to know the quality of his actions and how they touched my heart.
