I first encountered Edwin when he wasn't assigned to me. He came in on his own when an alarm was going off and didn't leave until I had everything I needed. He was my nurse a few days later and he was kind, respectful, and committed to giving me excellent care. He motivated me to go above and beyond so I could heal and go home. He was a Godsend and I told all my family and friends about his kindness.
