Edwina Brooks came and sat with me and my family and talked with us about my mom and what would take place during her stay. She came and updated us every step of the way. She took out much time during her shift to come and update us on where she was and what the latest test results showed.

My mom was gone from 6:15 am to noon. It was very comforting to know what was going on. I'm sure this is something that she does for other patients as well. It comes very natural to her. As a fellow nurse it is so refreshing to see someone treat not only the patient but the whole family unit.
