Ehu was my ICU nurse while I was dealing with an incredibly difficult and scary situation. She had 3 patients the night I got there, and you would’ve never known. She was in my room with me through each of my seizures and was so reassuring and kind during all of them, she is truly an amazing nurse, and also person. She was personable and kind, and she was caring beyond just what you expect of a nurse, too.

She didn’t just come in to pass meds or do her hourly rounds; she went above and beyond to make my situation one that was pleasant rather than scary. She gave me an entire bath, washed my hair, and even brushed it for me. She made sure I was clean, and my hair didn’t get matted. She was busy that night, but you would’ve never known with how incredibly kind, patient, and understanding she was with me. I hope she knows how much her positive attitude and care really affected my stay here. I was terrified and dealing with the scariest thing to ever happen to me, and Ehu allowed me to feel comforted, safe, and just human.
