My husband was transferred to PCU unit. EiEi welcomed him with a smile and a very warm greeting. She was very professional. EiEi got my husband settled in and also made me feel special. My husband was treated with respect and dignity. EiEi talked to me and my husband as if she had known us a long time. I was comfortable with EiEi's treatment of my husband and knew he was in good hands.
We both love her, and I asked her for the address to this unit because I was going to send her a thank you card. I was given this form by the head nurse.
