My sister is in the SICU. The first day that I came in to visit I met Eileen, who is the nurse taking care of my sister. Eileen not only takes good care of my sister, but she also does it with a smile. She is very friendly and has the best bedside manner of any nurse I have ever met. People always voice complaints but it is very seldom that they voice a compliment. When you are sick, one thing other than medicine, that can make you feel so much better is friendly staff. Thanks, Eileen, for being so friendly!
