Eileen Prats, RN

One Friday Eileen was scheduled to see a patient. When she arrived at the home Eileen was told he was not there. RN reached out to him via his cell phone to learn he was in Chester County and without wound vac supplies. The machine itself had been left in Philadelphia. Without being asked, this RN retrieved the vac and drove to the patient’s location better than 30 miles away so he would have what he needed through the weekend. This kind of dedication to those we serve is inspiring to all of Eileen's co-workers and those she cares for. Her knowledge is excellent but Eileen's care is beyond excellent. This is just one example of the many kindnesses Eileen shows toward those she cares for. She always puts the patients first. I am nominating Eileen as thanks for the outstanding care she provides and for being the amazing person she is.
