Eileen was nominated several times by her coworkers, but it is the reason she was nominated that shows nursing is her skill and caring is her profession. Her team all referred to a recent story where she volunteered her time to go on a transport. She helped a family bring a very sick infant home to hospice. She connected with the family and made their transition more comfortable with her support through a very difficult time.
