Caring, knowledgeable, conscientious, team player, ethical, and proactive. I was about to evaluate a very sick patient who was lying in bed. He was in distress because his linens were soiled and he was unable to move and was obese. The patient's PCT and I were unable to assist. Eileen stepped in and helped strip the bed, clean the patient, replace the linens, and calm the patient. She also ordered a new bed because the one he was in was not the correct size for the patient. Eileen is a superstar!
