Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of post-recovery. My recovery was difficult, and she took the time to ensure my symptoms received prompt treatment and that I was comfortable. She explained what was happening to my husband and was able to reassure him that I would be taken care of. Elizabeth showed great empathy and compassion during a difficult situation and should be recognized for her excellent patient-centered care.
