EJ worked the night shifts for several days in early October when my husband had suffered a major heart attack. EJ was incredibly special and went above and beyond to do her job - she is gentle and soft spoken, knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and seems to have a sixth sense for even the smallest level of unease, discomfort or pain of her patients (even if she is not being told). She always wore a smile and was never too busy to volunteer a kind word, give advice or just lend an ear. She truly made a difference. Every time we interacted with her, she provided great comfort and eased many worries or concerns. I felt at ease leaving in the night and knowing that my husband was in good hands when she was on duty.
