Katya is an amazing nurse. She is always so positive for starters. Even if she's having an off day you would never know it. She has gone out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of, have any and everything I need. She always makes a point during her night to come to check on me and see how I'm doing.
Miss Katya is hands down the best nurse that I have ever had assigned to me. If I'm having a bad day and Miss Katya is on shift all I have to do is tell her that if she isn't busy could she talk. Just by talking alone, she makes my night so much better! You guys made an immaculate decision to hire her and having her as part of your staff.
For example, I wasn't feeling very good one day so I asked the day shift nurse for something to ease it. The dayshift nurse told me no, that she couldn't as it was too soon. So I went to my bed and tried to sleep it off. Well, when Katya came on shift she saw I wasn't myself. I explained to her what was going on and she went out of her way to get me some medicine (and it made me feel better). She is absolutely the most outstanding nurse on staff.
