Ms. Katya is a very special person and caregiver.  I was in crisis mode due to my husband's sudden illness.  She took the time to reassure me and comfort me during my time of need.

She has excellent caring and medical skills.  Never giving up on trying to find the correct balance of meds to calm my husband down after a very traumatic event.

She persisted and reached out several times to the doctor for approval to change or add medication.  The time she spent doing this took a significant amount, which caused her to run late on her other duties.  But she didn't complain!  

Her compassion for her patient was outstanding!
