Elaina Booms, RN
Elaina Booms has been a Registered Nurse for eight years. Most of her career has been spent caring for patients in the emergency room and intensive care unit. She is currently an RN on the night shift in the ER.
Elaina models empathy and demonstrates a caring attitude in all situations. She demonstrates extraordinary clinical skills in the delivery of compassionate patient care. Elaina always has a positive attitude and demonstrates professionalism in the work environment. She exemplifies the mission, vision, and values of McLaren Thumb Region while establishing a special connection with the patients and families.

Elaina is an amazing nurse! She's caring and always willing to help even outside of her department! I not only experience this from a coworker's point of view but also as a patient. My daughter had to be seen in the ER for a high temperature and was just not herself. Elaina made everything less scary for her during her CT and blood draw! She is the nurse I would love to be one day.
