Elaina Mahlan, EdD, MSN, MSHE, RN, CNE, FCN, CTN-B

Elaina is the Program Lead for the RN-to-BSN program and is truly the engine that keeps it running smoothly. She oversees every revision and ensures the program remains closely aligned with the accreditor's requirements. She interacts with other Program Leads in the School of Nursing as needed. Elaina is also a master instructor beloved by her students, just beginning their BSN program. She is kind, nurturing, extremely skillful, organized, tech-savvy, and hilarious. Elaina excels at everything she puts her mind to and is more than deserving of this award.
