Elaina is always the first one willing to help a patient in need. She goes above and beyond to help find appointments that work around each individual patient. There have been countless times when a patient has been upset or needed questions answered and she would stop what she was doing to come up front and help anyway she could.

I don't have one story about her because there are many. She's always so sweet to the people that work at the front desk no matter how many times we may call. She doesn't treat us like we are not important. She goes out of her way to assist us if we need help. She's sweet, kind, and funny. She's also extremely caring when it comes to the patients and their needs
