This person not only has pursued her own further education in Infection Prevention and Control, setting a powerful example of lifelong learning and professional growth. She is a passionate advocate for continuous education across all departments, consistently encouraging staff to attain high levels of qualification and supporting opportunities for development at every level.

Her leadership is characterized by the creation of an environment grounded in trust, compassion, and mutual respect. She models these values daily, inspiring her team to uphold the highest standards of nursing practice. She fosters a workplace where continued professional development is not only encouraged but expected, leading to a culture of accountability and excellence.

She has given Sunhill Nursing Home and Evergreen Care now 17 years of unwavering dedication and leadership. From her beginnings as Person in Charge to her more recent role as General Manager, her commitment has shaped not only the care we provide but also the heart of our home.  Her vision, integrity, and tireless efforts have brought us to where we are today.
