Elaine Boucher, RN

Elaine Boucher is an amazing nurse. Without her attention to detail, ability to communicate her concerns, and personal care for me, I could have gone into a surgery I might not have awoken from. I was ready for my hernia surgery, prepped and waiting, and Elaine noticed I had taken my medication that morning and shouldn't have. She contacted the doctor, and he came in to inform me that there was no way he could safely operate. I was upset. I followed the information given before the surgery, and it was incorrect. With Elaine's help, I rescheduled my surgery sooner than expected. She was also my nurse when I came back. Elaine cares for others, and it shows how good she is at her job. She is what other nurses should aspire to be.
