Fabulous Irish nurse! Elaine has cared for my father (who had a total knee replacement) with extraordinary skill, courtesy, and professionalism. She knows just what to do and when and truly inspires confidence in her patient and their family. She has a lovely, warm personality that just shines. You can tell immediately that she truly cares and is respectful of her patients. We’re a medical family. My mother, a retired RN, my father (the patient), a retired orthopedic surgeon, both of them are very impressed with Elaine and her skill and knowledge and compassion. We’d like her to be our nurse everyday!! She exudes competence. You could tell she takes pride in her profession and in working at Providence and I think she inspires and leads her team members beautifully and they work together in perfect concert.
